strive to ensure your complete satisfaction, we understand that occasionally a return or refund might be necessary. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps for
returning products, conditions for refund eligibility, and our processes to ensure you
have a smooth experience when returning items. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions related to returns, refunds, and exchanges. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns and exchanges for certain conditions based on the product type and its condition. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent policy to all our customers.
A. Damaged, Defective, or Expired Products
We ensure the highest quality standards for all our products, but if you receive a
damaged, defective, or expired item, we are happy to offer a return or exchange. Please note the following:
• Damaged Products: If the product packaging is visibly damaged during transit
(e.g., crushed box, torn seals, or spilled contents), please take clear photographs
of the damaged product and packaging, and contact us immediately. This allows
us to investigate the cause of the damage and initiate the return process.
• Defective Products: If the product has an issue like broken seals,
contamination, or other faults that affect its quality or usability, it is deemed
defective. We will gladly accept a return or exchange.
• Expired Products: If you receive a product past its expiration date, please notify
us immediately with the batch number and expiration date, and we will issue a
return or replacement.
• Timeframe for Reporting Issues: For any damaged, defective, or expired
products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure a
timely resolution. After 48 hours, we may not be able to accept returns for such
products.
B. Incorrect Items Received
We make every effort to ensure accuracy in every order. However, if you receive an item different from what was ordered, you are eligible for a return.
• Incorrect Products: If you ordered a specific type of tea and received a different
product, or if the quantity or flavor doesn’t match what was purchased, you may
request a return or exchange.
• Unopened Items: The item must be in its original, unopened condition, and
the packaging should remain intact.
• Timeframe for Reporting Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of
delivery to initiate a return or exchange process. After the 48-hour window, the item may no longer be eligible for a return.
C. Change of Mind
While we strive to provide complete satisfaction, we understand that sometimes
customers may change their mind. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, there are certain restrictions regarding returns:
• Unopened Products: If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we
will accept returns only for unopened, unused products. Please ensure that the
product remains in its original packaging, unopened and unused, to be eligible for a return.
• Consumables: For consumable products like tea, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, unless there
is a defect or issue with the product.
• Return Timeframe: You may return unopened items within 7 days of receiving
your order for a refund or exchange.
D. Condition of Returnable Products
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All seals, tags, and labels should be intact, and the product must be in the condition it was received in.
• Free gifts or promotional items that came with your purchase must also be
returned if the product itself is returned.
2. Return Process
We want to make returns as easy as possible. Follow these steps to initiate a return:
A. Initiating a Return

• Required Information: When you contact us, please include the following details:
o Order Number
o Product(s) Name(s)
o Reason for Return (damaged, defective, incorrect, or change of mind)
o Photos of the product (if applicable, especially for damaged or defective items)
o Invoice/Receipt or any other order details to help us identify your purchase.
• Return Authorization Number (RAN): Once we verify your return request, we
will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number will help us
track your return efficiently and will be required to process your return.
B. Return Approval
• Our team will review your request and determine if the return is eligible based on
the information you provided.
• If the return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and provide further instructions on how to return the product.
C. Preparing the Product for Return
• Repack the Product: Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging.
Ensure that all parts, accessories, and promotional items (if applicable) are included.
• Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
• Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g.,
damaged, defective, or incorrect products), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
• Return Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to avoid any issues with lost or damaged items.
• Shipping Address: We will provide the return address upon approval of your
return request.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund based on the following
conditions:
A. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for products that are returned in accordance with this policy. Here are the conditions under which you will receive a refund:
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If the product is found to be
damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be issued a full refund, including
shipping fees.
• Expired Products: A full refund will be provided for expired products returned
within the specified time frame.
• Change of Mind: If the product is unopened and returned within 7 days, we will
issue a refund, minus any shipping costs incurred.
B. Refund Process
• Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect the item to verify if it meets our return policy conditions.
• Refund Issuance: If the product is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit
card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after
the return has been received and inspected. However, please note that it may
take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your
payment method or bank’s processing time.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned product has been opened or used,
we may issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.
C. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following items:
• Opened or Consumed Products: Tea or any consumable product that has been opened or consumed is not eligible for a refund, except in cases of defects or
issues with the product.
• Promotional Items, Free Gifts, or Vouchers: Items received as part of a promotion or free gift are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Non-returnable Items: Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at
the time of purchase cannot be returned.
D. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If the original payment
method is no longer available, we may issue the refund via bank transfer or store
credit, based on the circumstances.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
A. Before Shipment
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the product
has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the product.
B. After Shipment
• Once an order is shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. However, you can
return the product in accordance with our return policy once it has been delivered to you.
5. Exchange Policy
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, you will need to return the item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense
unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the
product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Product Availability: If an exchanged product is out of stock, we will issue a
refund for the returned product.
